Other causes that may be behind the formation of frontal headaches are: sinusitis, temporal arteritis, stress or tension, working for long periods of time in front of a computer or any other type of electronic device that has a screen or, in more serious cases, when suffering the appearance of a brain tumor. Of course, and since the origins can be multiple, we will have to consult with a medical specialist so that we can find an appropriate treatment for our specific ailment.
If this pathology is repeated over time and becomes a chronic case, it is essential not to treat the symptoms solely through pain relievers. As general recommendations, we must ensure that the body is constantly hydrated, rest adequately and perform an eye exam to rule out problems in the organs of vision.
